You will be sent a receipt for your order by email after payment is made. You will also receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your item has been shipped.

Please be advised that your shipping address cannot be revised after the order has been processed or shipped. Kindly update your shipping address to your residential address instead of your vocational address as we do not know how long the destination’s customs department will have the package on hold.
We will email your tracking information as soon as your order has shipped. Usually, you will receive the tracking number one day after we have shipped your order.

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order if you received merchandise that is incorrect, missing, and/or defective. Please include your order number, photographs of the item(s), and all related references upon receiving your package. We will do our very best to resolve your case as soon as possible.
All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 7-10 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.
If you haven’t received a credit for your return yet, here’s what to do: Contact the bank/credit card company. It may take some time before the refund is posted to your account.

All order issues must be reported to us within 30 days of delivery. Unless the product description says otherwise you can return any item purchased through canninglidspro within 30 days of delivery. Items returned because of customer preferences/change of mind are returnable, but we do not cover return shipping in those cases.
After 30 days of delivery, all items purchased through canninglidspro are non-refundable and all sales are final.
Damaged or Incorrect item(s)
Products should be inspected immediately once delivered and any problems with damage to you products need to be called in within 48 hours of delivery. If you receive damaged or incorrect products, you must contact Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org first to ask for help. Please have your order number, your name and email from the enclosed invoice available.
The return address will be provided to you after the customer service agrees to your return request.
Defective items or items shipped in error are returnable with shipping on us! We will always do our best to provide exchanges or replacements when requested, but due to the deep discounts we offer, we cannot guarantee that inventory will be available. We are unable to cover the shipping costs to return or exchange your package, which means you should pay for the return shipping and it is the responsibility of you to make the return shipping safe and sound back to us. Also, The original shipping cost will be deducted.
Once returns are received they will be inspected and processed within 3-5 business days. When your return processing is complete we will issue your refund back to your original payment method. You will be notified by email of the transaction. Once the refund has been issued it may take up to 2-3 business days to be effective. It depends on your bank or financial institution.
